Should have experience is design works, for commercial projects/infrastructural projects like dams, canals etc.

Responsibilities
:
Responsible for the complete design of the skid structures, which are to be calculated according to various design codes.
Responsible for guiding and instructing the draftsmen and checks the drawings with the specifications so as to come to the most optimal design.
Coordinates with the engineers on sites, where he forms part of an overall project team.
Candidate should be post graduate in HR or related stream with 6 to 10 years of experience in corporate HR & HR consultation.
Should have experience in HR restructuring, setting up HR functions for various organizations.
Candidate should have hands on experience to various interview techniques, psychometrics assessments, competency mapping, training need analysis, developing HR policies, organization culture & climate surveys etc.

6 to 10 years of experience in corporate HR & HR consultation.
Responsibilities
:
Studying the HR dept. of the organisations and making necessary suggestions and recommendations.
Giving inputs on how the HR dept. can be runned optimally.
Designing or amending HR policies, PMS, HR Strategies, Competency Mapping and recommending other HR interventions to help organisation function more effectively.
Extensive experience in construction projects of Canals, Dams, etc
Knowledge of Civil desiging software like Autocad will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of project management software like MS Projects will also be an added advantage.
Should be in position to handel Permissible amount of pressure.
Experienced in Estimation, Bill of quantities, specifications, bill certification, site supervision

-Supervise and execute construction as per the approved drawing and the time schedule.
Ensure material and quality of construction is as per approved specification.
Check and approve contractor bills.
Preparing of tenders, co-ordinating meetings on site, contact vendors, call for tenders, check drawings and measurements on site.
-check for quality of civil work on site.
