Complaints:
It is defined as a formal expression of dissatisfaction made by any
Interested Party against the certified client or by the client against the
Certification Body activities.
Appeals:
Request by the provider of the object of conformity assessment to the
conformity assessment body or Accreditation body for reconsideration by
that body of a decision it has made relating to that object.
Status of Certified clients
Any interested party may contact us to obtain the information about the
client bearing TÜV SÜD South Asia' certificate reagrding its validity.

Complaints and Appeals Handling Procedure:

Any interested party can file a complaint or appeal
on this website by sending a request through the access provided (info@tuv-sud.in)
or directly to the head of certification, at our Head office in any
form. .

Each Customer complaint and appeal will be registered
and acknowledged..

An Acknowledgment receipt of the Complaint/ Appeal to
the complainant/ Appellant will be given.

The complaint/ appeal after validating shall be
forwarded to competent person who is not related with the complaint. To
carry out investigation.

Upon investigation, head certification shall decide
suitable action & shall intimate the decision to the interested party.

Confidentiality shall be maintained throughout the
process and it is ensured that it will not have any impact on the
services provided by TUV in future.

time frame upon verification of genuineness of the requirement.
