German Safety (GS) Mark

GS stands for Geprüfte Sicherheit or Certified Safety. The GS mark is a legal German quality mark which certifies that a product is safe and user-friendly. Manufacturers can apply for it . Only test laboratories and certification bodies accredited by the ZLS (Federal Authority for Safety Features and Equipment), such as TÜV SÜD Product Service, are authorized to assign the GS mark.

We carry out a design check and inspect the production facility. Both are documented. The certificate issued by remains valid on the condition that an annual inspection is carried out.
